FOR SMALL SEARCH REQUESTS a nominal prepayment may be required to cover investigative disbursements

FOR LARGER RESEARCH PROJECTS the investigative nature of most projects precludes definitive costing
Prepaid "milestone" stop-point control measures are employed to protect both researcher and client
Client's review/approval of procedures and costs is required at these "milestones" as research proceeds
("milestone" expenditures include both time and disbursement charges)
