Title Searches
Title Search (by PID no. Description or Address) -provides CURRENT Title print-out with CURRENT registered Charges/Interests
Title Search (by Title No.) - provides either a CURRENT or a CANCELLED Title print-out with its applicable Charges/Interest
Cancelled Charges Search - Provides Title print-out with ALL Charges /Interests back to its date of issuance (a HISTORY)
State of Title - REGISTRAR CERTIFIED Current Title print-out (not normally req'd unless requested by legal or other authority)
(in this case Land Titles sends to us via postal mail - we email copy when received & mail hard copy)

Title "Watch" - provides continuous monitoring & early notification of documents awaiting Titles Office approval PENDING registration on title

Title Conveyance Document - provides a copy of transfer document or deed that created the title
Pending Document - provides a copy of document awaiting approval prior to registration on title

Survey Plan Search / Strata Plan Search - provides a copy of the registered Plan
Filing Index - provides listing of any amendments or revisions filed after registration of the STRATA Plan
Filing Index Document - provides the applicable registered document for a filing listed in a Filing Index search
Common Property Search - provides Type & Document no. of any STRATA common property registered on title
(does not provide information on designated common property within structural areas)

Lot Owner Searches - provides Owner name for specific Lot/Unit within Plan (only one name shown if multiple Owners)
Plan Owner Searches - provides Owner name for ALL Lot/Units within Plan (only one name shown if multiple Owners)
Wellsite Survey - provides survey for P&NG wells drilled on Crown land (enter full Well name & Location)
(not applicable to water wells or other drilled wells)

~ IMPORTANT NOTE ~
Plan numbering can be all-numerical (1234) or alpha-numerical such as (KAP1234)
When inputting all-numerical Plan nos. specify Land Title DISTRICT whenever possible

Vancouver, Victoria -if unknown name nearest City/Town to property)

Property Assessments Assessment Roll Search - provides Ownership info, Assessed Values for 3 years, property details & recent Sales info (if any) Prior Year Assess Roll Search - provides full info for ANY assess year prior to the latest assess year - back through 2004
Owner Name Search - provides a LIST of property ADDRESSES for a specific owner name
(provide only FIRST & LAST name - the system does not consider middle names)

Property Tax Certificates Tax Certificates provide property tax info and status for PARTICIPATING Cities/Towns/Villages/Munipalities/Districts
(currently ONLY available for those shown below -other tax jurisdictions are continually joining)
Certificates are listed alphabetically - Format, Content & Charges VARY WIDELY with tax jurisdictions

Rural Property Tax Report Provides property tax information and status for rural properties

Corporate Searches Corp Search - summary info for BC Corporations / Sole Proprietorships / General Partnerships / Firms / LLP's / Societies
Corp Filings - a chronological list of documents filed (incorp application, reports, article amendments, appointments etc)
Corp Filing Document - provides for ordering of documents listed in a Corp Filings report (up to 3 documents per order)
Cert of Good Standing - certification by the Registrar of Companies that a corporation (BC only) is in good standing
Co-op Search - summary info for Co-op Assoc, Professional Corp, Trust Co, Savings & Loans, Cemetaries
Federal Corp Search - provides corp info for Federal or BC inter-provincially registered Federal companies Individual Name Search - a list of BC Sole Proprietorship, General/Limited Partnerships associated with person's name
NOTES: Provide COMPLETE name when ordering search by Corp, Co-op or other Entity Name
Incorporation numbers are usually alpha-numerical numbers such as BC1234567

Manufactured Home SearchesRegistered ownership and info on residential structures (wheeled or not) designed to be towed or carried

MHR Search - provides registered ownership and home info information (make, model, serial no. etc)
MHR/PPR Search - provides an MHR search info PLUS Personal Property Registry information
(registered liens, charges or other encumbrances on home)
Manu Home Assessment - provides info as recorded in BC Assessments Office Registry
(effectual ONLY if the Manufactured Home is REGISTERED as the PRINCIPAL structure on the property)
NOTES: "MHR no." is the Manufactured Home Registry number - can be up to 8 digits
OWNER NAME must be entered as fully as possible

Personal Property Report Personal Property Report (PPR) provides info on any registrations under
the Personal Property Security Act such as Liens and Security Agreements
