A summary report on BC CROWN (public) LAND use that could impact proposed operations, developments or acquisitions

Report provides a LISTING of Crown surface and subsurface Tenures, Encumbrances, Gov't Authorities and Permitting
- includes Types of Interests, File & Document Numbers, applicable Gov't Ministry and/or Agency Designations,
and the Status of Interests (Active, Inactive or Requested) plus a basic area map

NOTES: The AREAL EXTENT of a Land Use Report is restricted to:
- a SQUARED area containing a MAXIMUM of 9 (NTS) units OR 9 Peace River Block (PRB) quarter-sections
(for larger areas see "BC Research/Consulting Requests" page in our "Title Research" section)

May be ordered if required following receipt of a BC Land Use Report.
Provides additional information on selected land use interests identified in a BC Land Use Report
Information varies with each detail report but will normally include the information provided in the Land Use Report
PLUS full Ministry/Agency names, full Interest Holder Names & Addresses, Interest Area, Interest Start/End Dates

NOTES: - the "LUR" - is the date of the Land Use Report previously obtained
- the "LUI" - is the "Interest Identifier" listed for each interest in report
(a maximum of 4 Interest Identifiers can be requested with each order)
