TITLE Search - provides a CURRENT property Title with all CURRENTLY registered Charges/Interests
- by PID number - enter the unique 9-digit number assigned to each parcel of titled property, OR - by Street Address - enter full Street address with City/Town (and Unit number if any), OR - by Property Description - enter the full Legal description of property where possible

TITLE Search (by Title no) - provides a CURRENT or CANCELLED Title with applicable registered Charges +~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Special Searches for Special Needs ~~~~~~~~~~~~~+ CANCELLED CHARGES Search - provides a Title with ALL Charges back to its date of issuance (a HISTORY)
(includes previously registered charges/interests which were subsequently forfeited or discharged)
STATE OF TITLE -provides Registrar Certified Current Title (usually needed only if req'd by legal/other authority)
(this is the only case where Title is sent to us via postal mail - when received we Email copy & mail hard copy)

TITLE "WATCH" - continuous monitoring & early notificatation of documents awaiting approval pending registration on Title providing early confirmation of authorized document filings OR early notification of unauthorized or fraudulent filings (sets out Pending Document type and number - document can be ordered in "Document Searches" section, if req'd)
PRIOR TITLES Search - a LIST of Titles & Owners back to time of computerization (only one owner shown if multiple Owners)

PROPERTY PURCHASE PACKAGE - provides a Title, Survey or Strata Plan & Current Assess (with property & recent sale info)

OWNER NAME Search - a LIST of Title and PID numbers for ALL Titles and Interests registered under a specific name

OFF-PROPERTY OWNER Locator -provides Owner names, PID/Title nos, property address AND latest owner postal address
TITLE CHARGE Locator - a LIST of ALL titles on which specific Charge/Interest is registered (such as R/W, easement etc)

FILED MORTGAGE/CHARGE Terms- provides standard terms filed with a Mortgage or a Charge registration document
(if standard lender or charge terms are applicable it will be referenced in the registration document)
