BC Environmental Search (registry inventory includes primarily titled property - Crown land coverage is liimited) - for use when Site ID number is not known - (IF SITE ID No. IS KNOWN GO DIRECTLY TO "ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS") This search locates and provides SITE ID NUMBER(S) associated with the the search criteria provided OR "Nil" search report (if the registry does not contain a Site for the search criteria specified) NOTES: - the PID NUMBER required is the LAND TITLES OFFICE 9-digit Parcel Identifier number - the PIN NUMBER required is CROWN LAND'S 7-digit Parcel Identification number - the CROWN LANDS FILE NUMBER required is their 7 digit internal file number - the ADDRESS required must include FULL STREET ADDRESS AND CITY/TOWN Double check all input information - any variations require re-ordering and further charges ** If search establishes a Site ID Number THEN appropriate ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT can be ordered Fixed Host system charges preclude the issuance of refunds - for use when the Site ID Number has been identified through Site Selection List OR known from other sources This search will provide either a Synopsis Report or a more comprehensive Detail Report (per search selection) OR provides a "Nil" search report if ID number is incomplete, incorrect or otherwise unavailable (the white info window in preceeding section should be ZOOMED, READ & UNDERSTOOD before proceeding)f) NOTES - enter the Site ID number EXACTLY as it appears on the Selection List previously obtained or if you are CERTAIN a Site ID number that was obtained from other sources is correct (any variations require re-ordering and further charges) Fixed Host system charges preclude the issuance of refunds |
